The Regulating Formula helps us, psychologically and energetically, to go through the hormonal and mental changes that come with the climacteric moment and that can produce sleep disturbances, heat, insecurity, mood swings, etc.
It is also effective when there are disorders in menstruation, premenstrual syndrome or at the beginning of the female cycle at puberty, as an adaptogen to that important change.
The name that the formula itself chose is odd, since "regula" (regulates in Spanish) means rule in Latin.
